After successfully upgrading to Windows 10, right-click on Windows 7 driver and Run as Administrator. You may have to also set compatibility to Windows 7 or even hack the INF files, but either way it CAN and will work in Windows 10. Don't worry about that.Thanks for the info. I have an iso on a USB for installing Windows 10 and was going to use it but I was not sure if the first installation had to be done through the 'Get Windows 10' utility in order for activation to work. This is just really sad to hear, cause the driver Windows is providing is bugged like crazy. I run the same chipset and it is pretty much impossible to play any game with it, flash player is crashing like every 5 minutes and I cannot even test the frame rate from the the driver. And yes, it is pretty much impossible to install the windows 7 driver. Also I think this is just a sad thing to do for consumers willing to switch to the new Windows 8 and are just forced to stay on Windows 7 due to this.
